Trans people aren’t treated equally and are Prohibited from a lot of things any person can have. Laws, policies, and attitudes across the country need to be changed significantly, enabling more transgender people to live a fuller, safer, and healthier life. It is because of individual opinions that transgender people are in unsafe conditions. Across America, they aren't treated as equals. Transgender rights are something that has been debated for quite a long time. Trans people are people whose gender identity differs from the sex they were assigned to at birth. A person who is transgender must expect their rights, such as the right to freedom of speech and the right to work at any place that any other person can, to be stripped away from them. Imagine, being the victim of whether or not you can have rights, as if it were something that wasn’t addressed to you at first. People are entitled to be openly who they are, certain things you can't change even if you wanted to, including the gender identity of an individual. In the article “Supreme Court Hears Three Cases on Rights Of LGBT Employees; Education issues on radar at arguments”, Mark Walsh explains “On the first week of its new term, the U.S. Supreme Court held two hours of intense arguments about whether the main federal job-discrimination law protects gay, lesbian, and transgender employees”. The U.S.— The Supreme Court debates whether the law on job discrimination safeguards gay, lesbian and transgender employees. Discrimination laws do not protect the well-being of transgender individuals in the workplace. Numerous transgender people are affected when trying to find work because the law on discrimination doesn't protect them. It is beneficial for the LGBT community to have the Supreme Court to correct the situation and give transgender people the rights they were born with.

The worldview on transgenders opinions leads to transphobia being an intense dislike or discrimination. It causes prejudice against these people. This discriminates the transgender community by not allowing them to express their inner selves. This issue can cause a lot of mental health issues, such as unhappiness with life which causes emotional distress. Often leading to suicidal thoughts and attempts. Trans people are killed at appallingly high rates. leading to high suicide and HIV rates. High depression rates and anxiety in children who suffer from transgender mistreatment are responsible for the signs of distress noticed. The findings of a recent study indicate that transgender children aged 3 to 12 years who grew up in a supportive environment have no greater mental health problems (Olson, Durwood, DeMeules, & McLaughlin, 2016). The results show that transgender children who are more social and received support from their families are less likely to psychopathological rejection. The study reveals lower rates of psychology among children whose gender identity has been embraced(Olson et al., 2016).

It should be kept in mind that individuals are at risk of assault everywhere they go. That nearly nothing can stop the possibility of harassment because of the continued existence of sexual violence. Rick Rojas and Vanessa Swales speak about the tragic killings of transgender women in America. “In the United States this year, at least 18 transgender people — most of them transgender women of color — have been killed in a wave of violence that the American Medical Association has declared an “epidemic.” The killings, which have been reported across the country, have for some prompted a heightened sense of vigilance.” Violence about someone's gender Preference is at a point where it’s unacceptable. These incidents are countless like others. It serves as a reminder of the high cost of being seen in a transphobic society. Being seen threatens a multitude of risks for trans individuals. They often draw attention from legal authorities due to disproportionate rates of poverty, homelessness, discrimination, and involvement in sex work. Inhibiting the protection of transgender individuals. Keeping them in such a mentality they might be next.

In conclusion,  an plea for action for countries to tackle immediate abuses of transgender people's human rights in order to honor international obligations, prevent disease epidemics, promote gender equality, improve social and economic growth and put an end to untrammeled violence.
